This is the 2nd area guardian in tintin and haddock mode.
Go through the level like normal and when you get to the end you will have to fight rackham in his galleon.
You will be on a platform and the galleon will fire several sets of cannon balls at you, avoid all of these until the galleon moves to the side of the platform.
Some bottles will appear so destroy them and the galleon should fire a ball along the platform, using thompsons can reflect the ball back at the galleon.
Rinse and repeat twice more and the cheevo is yours.

You will face the Galleon at the end of level 14 in Tintin and Haddock mode. The battle consists of the Galleon firing cannon balls at you, requiring you to either move. The landing location of each shot is marked so it is easy to avoid being hit. When the Galleon moves up alongside the platform as fires a cannon ball directly at you, use Thompson’s cane twirl to knock the cannon ball back. Hit the Galleon 3 times and the achievement will unlock.
