To pull an enemy off a ledge, wait until they get close to the edge, then press 
. Often you will spot an enemy patrolling close to the edge of the ledge above you so try and grab hold of the ledge and wait for them to move close. You will likely unlock this naturally as you progress through the story and Tintin and Haddock mode.
