Story related, cannot be missed. Will unlock after fighting Diego during one of the Sir Francis flashbacks. Diego is not difficult to defeat, just be sure to block his attacks, then strike when he is vulnerable.

This is part of the Tintin story, so you will get this achievement just for playing through the single player, so should be relatively straightforward, as you will probably get to this point after about 3 hours of playtime!
