The Adventures of Tintin The Secret of the Unicorn - The Game

You'd need to unlock Castafiore in order to do this achievement. To unlock her, complete the 5th mission in Tintin and Haddock Mode, "Destination Castafiore".

Once she's unlocked, play any Tintin and Haddock missions. To use her spinning attack, simply press X when fightning an enemy. Use it 45 times, and the achievement will unlock.

I tried pressing X 45 times with no enemy around, but after pressing over 60 times, the achievement didn't unlock. Eventually, it unlocked when I was fighting a group of thugs. A good place to do it would be the final part of mission 1, "Tintin and the Captain", where there are 4-5 thugs below some barrels that Captain Haddock can pick up.

Instead of picking them up as the Captain, switch to Castafiore, jump down, and engage the enemies. You'll probably die the midst of pressing X, but you'll restart at the start of this fight. Simply rinse and repeat until the achievement unlocks.
