How to unlock the Wardrobe full achievement in The Adventures of Tintin The Secret of the Unicorn - The Game - Definitive Guide
This will be earned in tintin and haddock mode.
While in the level select area speak with the buttler who will open up the shop menu.
There are around 60 costumes for you to unlock, some of which are bought through ubisofts U-Play.
To unlock costumes to buy simply find the costume boxes in each level as well as finding the other collectables.
Dont worry about coinage as you will find more than enough in the levels.
I managed to unlock this cheevo by level 11.

U-Play is like a ubisoft in game shop, its been a while since i played a ubisoft title but if i remember correctly the cheevos you win also give you some kind of currency to be spent in the U-play shop, i know tin tin, assassins creed and splinter cell all have U-play options.

This needs to be completed in Tintin and Haddock mode. Each level will have 2 costumes cards you can collect. Once you have collected them, you can speak to Nestor (the butler) in the main hub and purchase the costumes you have located.
Each costume will cost coins but there will be more than enough on each level to cover it. Like the treasures, the costume cards are easily to spot and there are more than 30 in total, meaning you can miss a few and still unlock the achievement.
