The easiest way to get this is to make sure you have Ionic Web maxed out so that you have the shatter ability so that it breaks the armor the moment you hit an armored enemy with your web shot (B).



I had planed to upload videos of this and all the boss fights but the last update broke the Xbox One game dvr function so at the moment I am not capable of doing so
