The Amazing Spider-Man 2

Unfortunately there is no easy shortcut for this, you just have to disable 500 enemies.

Through just playing the game, you will rack up about 1/2 the amount required. The rest are best to get via some of the sub games in New York especially deadlock, as these mini missions have around 12 bad guys for you to get.

The quickest way is to stealth takedown them - when you get close from behind they glow purple and LB will instantly take them down. As such if you complete the game, work on the 10 deadlock achievement, and also the hideout achievement (5 hideouts with around 6 enemies per level) this will also help.

Don't worry about not getting it before the end of the game - it's free play afterwards so you can mop up afterwards.
