Any info on why there is NOTHING to do on my map after this?
No petty crimes or missions. I cant do a thing but swing around

Well what a crock, I just beat shocker, got his achievement and the upgrade, but not this achievement.

I did get it when I upgraded the seismic ability to the next level though.
