How to unlock the True Hero achievement in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 - Definitive Guide

Complete any petty crime situations until the blue Hero Meter is full. Extremely simple, I recommend doing Beatdowns, as I really only ever faced as many as 5 guys at once in these situations.

If you can't make it to all the immediate situations your Menace Level will rise rapidly. I have found that if you just do a few of the situations (petty crime, bomb, car chase, etc.) until the red radar appears ... quit your game and load it back up. Your Heroic Level will remain the same and you can continue until the Achievement pops.

Any info on why there is NOTHING to do on my map after this?
No petty crimes or missions. I cant do a thing but swing around
