The Amazing Spider-Man

After defeating the S-03, you'll be chasing the Lizard back underground. But you won't be fighting him just yet.

There's another cross-species standing, well, swimming in your way. You'll come across a large water tank with something swimming inside. At first I had thought it was the Lizard swimming back to the lab, but actually the tank is home to Nattie, a piranha cross-species who doesn't take kindly to you messing with his home (yes, bio says it's a "he").

After draining the water tank and gaining entrance by finding 3 water wheels in the area around it, you will find Nattie in a huff, attacking you from the now shallow yet steadily rising water. Besides hindering your movement, the water also gives Nattie the advantage of both a hiding place and a boost to his attack. (I didn't let the water rise enough to find out the full extent of his move set in-water. Maybe you shouldn't either. ;p)

You'll need to take that advantage away from him by LB Interact-ing with one of the 3 water wheels around the inside of the tank. Once a water wheel is spun, the water will drain, allowing you to hit Nattie on equal footing.

Just remember, the water is constantly running so you'll need to drain again every half minute or so.

Losing his hiding place, won't stop Nattie though since he'll just resort to strong hits and charges, as well as summoning a band of similar fish cross-species to gang up on you. Thankfully, he only summons them once.

You can use LB Web Escape to avoid a pileup but know you can't hide from them, since the running water will just slide you back down.

Best way is to RB Web Strike them, both adding B Web Hurricane to slow them down and X Web Punch combos to pick them off. (Simple B web shots and X punches with Y dodges will do as well but can be slower, since Web Punch combos knock out troop enemies such as these.)

As long as you can avoid Nattie's attacks and keep him from deeper water then there's really no special super maneuver he can use to gain the upper hand with.

You'll kick him back to the fishes soon enough. ;>
