everytime an enemy is stunned or you get the prompt to push the b button you do a signature move. do this 25 times and the chevo is yours.

Signature moves are done with the "O" button while the enemies are stunned. The game will prompt you to use a signature move when an enemy is susceptible.

I had this done before I left the asylum (Chapter 2).

Signature Moves can be performed on a bad guy if they have an orange circle spinning around their head. When this happens, press and Spidey will perform a special move. For example, on a downed enemy, Spidey will web them to the floor. Perform 25 of these moves and this trophy will unlock.

If you are having trouble with this, purchase the upgrades that enable signature moves to be used with a lower combo rating.

Perform signature moves with  to web up an enemy while in a combo. If an enemy has circles around his head, he is stunned, press  to do a signature move.
