Felicia Hardy the Black Cat in this universe is quite the mastermind. You'll meet her leading a band of thugs in the optional bank heist foil mission during the same appearance window as Scorpion at the docks. You'll know it by the big dollar sign of the mission icon.

Felicia will give you a little chase as she's busy looting, but once you do catch up with her after the subway tunnel, watch out! She's quick. And will dodge every blow you send at her while she peppers you with energy darts.

But webbing. aha

Careful, if you get too close to her, she'll toss down a electro-grenade to shock you long enough for her to land a punch on you.

Use your B webs as you close in to slow Felicia down before landing a series of X punches on her. You'll know when to start if she raises her hands in disgust trying to wipe away the webbing.

Whether or not you get to hit her, if you see her toss a grenade and you see a blue glow around you, LB Web Escape quickly!

Be patient, as the Black Cat is quick enough to not easily be webbed to a standstill. But do this 2-3 times and Felicia will throw a smoke bomb and disappear.

She'll be hiding behind one of the many pillars dotting the large room. Crawl along the ceilings and walls until you get a Web Strike bead on her. Follow the prompt to get her out of her hidey-hole so you can deck her a few times.

Felicia will then repeat the pattern.

Repeat the tactics I mentioned against her and you'll bring her down soon enough.
