1) Head into the core and mash the X button to get electrocuted (yes, your reading that correctly). This will banish the nano-bots from your system and give you your Spider-Man powers back!
2) Get rid of the two sentry robots, and then web rush over to where the Lizard is trying to open the door. Mash the X button to help him, and Spider-Man will grab one of the S-03s fuel cells and launch it.
3) Rinse and repeat step 1 for the 2nd fuel cell.
4) Smythe will attack you in his Exo suit. Avoid his lasers by running around in circles. At one point, you'll hear Spider-Man say "how do I get behind this guy?" After that, you can start shooting webbing at him. Eventually you'll gum up the works and be prompted to Web Rush him. Spider-Man will ground Smythe while the Lizard tears one of his arms off.
5) Repeat Step 4 for the other arm.
6) After losing his 2nd arm, Smythe launches Lizard off the ship, leaving him and Spidey to go Mano a Machino. Repeat the same exact steps again to ground Smythe for good, and earn your achievement!

Defeat the S-03 boss in Chapter 11: If This Be My Destiny to unlock this trophy.
You will be teamed up with the Lizard during this battle. Defeat the sentries, and then help the Lizard open the door using the 
button. Repeat this twice and Smythe will join the battle himself.
Web up Smythe with 
whilst evading his laser beam attacks, either by jumping or web swinging away from him. Press 
when Smythe glows red, and you will web strike him to the Lizard, who will pull off his laser arms. Simply repeat this three times, and Smythe will be defeated, and the boss battle will be over. Much simpler than the S-02, if you ask me.

, repeat. The laser attacks are easy to avoid by jumping.
Tip: When he shoots both lasers in a crossing motion, just stay still and jump.
