A Seeker will come in after you get the DNA sample from Vermin and say you - the cross-species - need to be neutralized. Spidey webs off the Seeker but a giant robot dubbed the Hunter dives in and takes Spider-Man up back out into the city.
There will be prompts that will direct you in what you basically need to do. But it's good to know a few things going in.
Avoid direct contact with the Hunter! Not only does it shock you but it also has a EMP-like bombast energy burst that can cover a square city block! (or more...)
Best way to fight is to stay away using web swing and web rush moves. Because when a Hunter is stationary, it means to hit you hard!
You might wonder how to hit it then.
Spider-Man will comment on how fast the Hunter is and the game will prompt you to web shoot to slow it down. Ignore them.
Though you need to be near the Hunter to take it down, you neither need to chase a Hunter nor slow it. When the Hunter isn't bursting it will come to you (thus the name ;) ) and the only way you can really hurt it is with a (RB) web strike when prompted.
Web strike a hunter 2-3 times and then the prompt will change to say Deactivate Hunter. This time when you web strike, you will enter a QTE of mashing X (when I did it) until the Hunter snaps and goes down in a glorious crash!
And that's when its two friends come in. Suffice to say the same tactics work for them too. You just need to make sure when avoiding one's burst, you're not swinging yourself into another's.
Repeat the takedown process for these two and you will have earned this achievement.

NOTE: If you're going for a rogue's gallery with your camera, you may want to try taking a photo of the Hunter here but keep in mind you have to be stationary yourself when you take a photo. And a Hunter may not cooperate. ;) Best bet is to keep your distance and zoom in on one when it lands on the side of a building. You may not have a great shot for your personal scrapbook but you will be able to unlock the bio.
If you don't do it here, don't worry. You'll get more chances during the rest of the game when the Seekers track you down (you can try taking a picture of them when they scan you ;>). And you can always replay the battle from your home's bulletin board. Have fun!

This trophy is fairly simple even if you're starting on Super-Hero mode. But it may take a few tries to understand the Hunters' moves.
You want to alternate between swinging and Web-Rush. Chase after the Hunters then start to Web-Rush and Web-Shoot rapidly (R1 while spamming the O button), until you are prompted to attack the robot (R1/Web-Rush). Once Spidey leaps off of the robot, swing once then begin to Web-Rush and Web-Shoot again. Rinse and repeat until you get prompted to 'Deactivate Hunter', which of course is with the R1 button. You should repeat this process until both bots are down.
Now I should also note that every now and again the Hunters will emit a very large electrical AOE attack which should be dodged immediately. As you may be caught a little inside it while Web-Rushing, just turn in any direction you find easiest and rush out of there. The chase will then continue where you can put the first method back into play!

Defeat the three Hunter robots in Chapter 4: To Smash a Spider to unlock this trophy. You will fight one Hunter, followed by two more, but the tactics to defeat them remain the same.
To dodge the Hunter’s attacks, web rush side to side to avoid the blue energy balls that it fires, and press 
repeatedly to get out of the way of its energy dome, which damages you all the time you are inside.
Chase the Hunter, and press 
when prompted to kick it into the ground. Repeat this four times, and complete the quick-time event (press 
quickly) to smash the Hunter.
You can also use 
to web shoot the Hunters and slow them down.

Get close to them by swinging and 'Web Rushing', press 
to 'Web Shoot' to slow him down then press 
when prompted, on the last 'Web Rush' tap 
when prompted to finish the hunter. Avoid his blue orb blast radius, getting caught in it is lethal.
