How to unlock the Stage Fright achievement in The Artful Escape - Definitive Guide

This achievement is missable in your first playthrough but can be obtained by using chapter select. Very early in the game, once you met Violetta on the viewing point, you go with her to a stage to test some things. Just don't touch your controller once Francis is on stage and the achievement will unlock. It also works on other stages, but this is the first opportunity you'll get.

Unlocked mine when you are first shown 'the musical key' after lighting up Calypso near the beginning of the game. Just left the controller idle.

I was able to unlock this during the recording studio session. When it asks you to play single musical keys, you can just set your controller down here and it'll pop.

You can unlock this every time the game asks you to play a key sequence. Just wait on the stage without touch the controller.

You can unlock this achievement at any point in the game when you are jamming on the stage with an NPC.

I'd like to think this achievement is a reference to Earthbound, particularly how you enter Grapefruit Falls.

Also works when you're given the guitar by the alien just after you get the achievement for returning home. Just hold X for 3 minutes. Listening to some nice guitar is better than silence 🎸🎸🎶🎶

During any jam session, don’t press any buttons for 3 minutes. The first jam session in the story happens 
in Chapter: Into The Heliotromms.

This solution is not accurate, this can be earned on the first stage as well as at the end of the Light it up where they introduce the button presses.

To get this achievement, all you have to do is choose one of the chapters with these 'bosses' and literally do onthing for 3mins.

On any of the jam session (when you need to play the guitar note), just don't do anything for 3 min.
Set a clock to ensure you have waited 3min as it seems very long if you don't have any timer.
The trophy will unlock once passed the 3min.

During any jam session, don’t press any buttons for 3 minutes. The first jam session in the story happens 
in Chapter: Into The Heliotromms.

There will be multiple places you can get this throughout the game. A "jam" is any section where you have to play certain notes on your guitar to continue (the buttons you need to hit will light up). Duing any of these sections, simply put the controller down and don't touch anything for 3 minutes. As soon as you reach the 3-minute mark, the trophy will unlock. 

The first place you can get this is when you first meet Lightman below Calypso. He'll show you how to play the guitar as part of a tutorial. The last place you can get this will be in the final jam with the GlamourGonn. If you happen to miss it while playing through the game, load up any of the Chapters that have you jamming with the "bosses" (Tromms, Glimmer and GlamourGonn) and just idle yourself at the start of the jam.

At the beginning of the game, when Viola asks to connect on the stage, stand on it and do not press anything for 3 minutes. The trophy will fall
