Issue eventually solved itself or was fixed. Just be patient and pray to lady luck.

Logged in on xcloud and both this one and Fullchrome popped on the main menu.

I have to do this quite a bit, because this game seemingly DOES NOT like when you quick-resjme it, open up an app, or even just open up the home menu.

You will pick up plenty of different augs and modules to use for this. Once you get at least two augs and one mod, equip them to your character for this achievement.
