I dont have any of them blue coin bag things anywhere on my maps. Any locations for the bartenders?

@FullMoonBeaver They may only be visible when you are close by. Anyway, you can find bartenders generally in the city hubs of the game, e.g. in Cluster 13, Stimtown (inside bars), Arcology: highStreet and the Node. Hope this helps.
