How to unlock the Hygiene achievement in The Ascent - Definitive Guide

In case you want to "boost" this achievement, fast travel to Cluster 13 and go upstairs two times in the bar called Soronity Plug. This bar is part of the main story. In the left lower corner there are the toilets and the sinks. Just use it.

Easy enough achievement and you can get this pretty early on in the main quest. As soon as you make it to the Hub city and you have a quest to meet Poone, circle around to the left of the restaurant. There you will find a bathroom with toilets and sinks simply use the open stalls and then the sinks. For me it took about 3 times using them for it to unlock so don't sweat if it doesn't unlock immediately.

Used the sink after flushing a toilet

This achievement is crazy easy, yet can be easy to skip. The first time you can earn this achievement is during the main quest line when you are told to go talk to poon at the Soronity Plug this is located in Cluster 13. After entering the bar go to the back left room, then flush the toilet next turn on the sink. If you have any questions just ask. I have also created a video for anyone that prefers to watch a guide.

In any bathroom, go into a stall and interact with the toilet, then go interact with one of the sinks to unlock this achievement.

You can do it, for example, in the spaceport, there is a toilet and a sink there that you can interact with.

There are a lot of toilets in the game, but not everywhere you can interact with the toilet, unlike the washbasin. I will write the places where this can be done that I discovered:
The nightclub "World of Dreams" also has a working restroom, you can do it there if you need it. Located in the High Street Arcology, Corp.Bez area.
Also in the Anthill arcology, Steamtown district in the "Jump in the Mud" bar.
Also in the Anthill arcology, Blooming Hills area, Lanier Apartment. There, in the middle of the Flowering Hills, there is a large residential complex - Shining Rose - there are many apartments there, about 15, and in all of them you can complete this trophy.
Arcology High Street, IssRaz area, redMat laboratory.
Arcology Anthill, Nitro Track area, in the very northeast there is a large shopping center, on the second floor there is a restroom.
