How to unlock the Snooze or Lose achievement in The Ascent - Definitive Guide

On Stimtown, go to the bottom level where Wanda's is (Pink building across a bridge). There you have to talk to a guy who will ask if you want some snooze, accept it and the achievement will pop.

Where is Stimtown?
How do you get there? Progress the main story.
What area is adjacent to it? Between ROOFTOPS and NO MAN'S LAND.
What tier level is it on? WARRENS.

Wup, wait a second. I think I just gained access to Stimtown through a main mission called Trace_Protocol.

UPDATE: Found it, finally! Pretty cool. Like a drug hallucination.
I just had to progress the main mission more, even though I was 20+ hours into the game.

Look for pink neon bridge leading to a dead end with the what appears to be a club called Wandas ( you cant enter ) with lots of people standing around. You will see a guy at the bottom of your screen standing by the railing with a speech bubble above his head - thats the guy you need to talk to.

@thePoetPlays - dude should be directly across from the front door of Wanda's, at the top of a small set of stairs leading down to a chest.

From the metro go northeast until you get to the end where you'll find an elevator down. Take the elevator down and directly across you'll see pink lined bridge. Cross the bridge and you'll see the only person you can talk to will sell you the snooze.

In this video i will show you how to unlock the achievement "Snooze or lose"
1st you need to make sure to finish the main mission "Foreign_Code" the continue with the next mission "Trace_Protocal" and this mission will take you a locked gate but now you can access it, follow me to reach the area with the snooze guy so we can get our achievement :)

You can unlock this achievement once you have access to Stimtown during the story. Find a place called Wanda's which is lit up with pink lights and just outside you'll find someone you can speak with who will offer you Snooze. Agree to try it and your screen will go crazy for a bit and you'll unlock the achievement.

In steamtown we go down the pink bridge. Opposite Wanda's bar there will be an NPC, we talk to him, we answer yes.
