not a guide but a heads up. after the patch which was supposed to fix this achievement, me and a friend finished the game on his save, he got the achievement but i didnt. just finished the game on my save and the achievement didnt pop.

that is a good call out I started my save in co-op didnt get the achievement on my friends hosted game when we beat the game, moved over to single player for some reason my save was a handful of main story missions from the ending, when i finished the game in single player it didnt pop for me

Same for me. Finished it yesterday with a coop partner. My coop partner was host all the time. After loading my game i was fallen back in story progress.

Completed another run through of the game today, start to finish, and this unlocked. Still didn't get Comprehensive.

After I beat the game today I got a black screen after the credits and no achievements. Even tried it 2 times just to be sure, game is still buggy af.

Friend and I beat the final mission in co-op, watched cutscenes and skipped credits and loaded back into a black screen. Submitted a bug report detailing this to the developer a few days ago but no response yet.

I’m on v4.8.6.0. This unlocked for me in my solo game after credits, when the New Game+ pop up is shown.

Finished the game in coop, and the host got the achievement - none of the other three players did. Then, I finished the game solo afterwards, and didn’t get the achievement either.
However, for those that might have missed it, the devs have said they’re working on a fix for this and it should be out in the next patch.
