This will quite likely be the first achievement you gain, and cannot be missed. Once you set sail with your caravan, you'll float down the river for approximately six or seven in-game days (depending on if and when you rest), making a number of conversation decisions along the way. Eventually a voiceover will start, and you will disembark next to a giant stone statue of a woman. Interact with it and talk with Aleo. Once that conversation is done, you'll strike camp and the achievement will unlock.
