How to unlock the On Wings of Ravens (Survival Mode) achievement in The Banner Saga 2 - Definitive Guide

Not so hard. You will probably unlock this one at your first attempt.
1 - You can check your current time when loading the save.
2 - At the end of the game (from wave 25=> 40), when your team is strong enough, try to avoid optional battles to save time.
NB : the time used to build and upgrade your team seems not to be considered.
To give you an idea, I manage to complete the game below 130 minutes without paying attention, and with completing a lot of optional battles.

*MISSABLE* The only time that counts is the time you spend in actual combat. Regardless of how daunting this sounds, this isn't bad at all, and you'll likely get this on your first normal playthrough. You can always check how much time you've spent when you load up your current game, and decide whether you need to play more risky, but faster. You can speed up movement by hitting 
after issuing the command to shave off a few seconds from longer walks. As a reference, I finished my four-varl-run in 99 minutes.
