How to unlock the Sneaky achievement in The Banner Saga 2 - Definitive Guide
Then achievement requires either Dytch (Raven's caravan) or Eirik (Rook/Allette's caravan).
Both of these characters gain access to a stealth skill (Tracking). I believe Dytch joins up with it, while Eirik has to earn it through promotions.
Simply use this skill to earn 5 kills while in battle. I did all 5 on one character (Dytch) across the span of multiple battles. It takes one turn to go into stealth mode, and then you'll have to attack an enemy that you can successfully kill in a following turn. Using maximum willpower with Tracking allows your stealthed attack to ignore 9 armor which will make the killing blow easier to achieve. Repeat 5 times.
Added note: During late game some of the Slingers will throw Skulker eggs into battle. These eggs are low STR and easy to kill and they do count as kills for any achievement.

Dytch will join your party in Chapter 11. His skill "Track" will make him invisible to enemies, and allow him to attack an enemy on his next turn while ignoring a portion of their armor (3/6/9 depending on how much willpower you invest). You need to do this three times during one of Holfi's training challenges, and you'll likely be using it often during battle anyway, so it should come with little issue.
Eirik will also learn this skill at Rank 6, so you can use him for extra kills if necessary with Rook/Alette's group (assuming he is still alive).
