If you don't focus on other achievement, and only go for completing the game easily on normal, I suggest a team with Alette, Aleo, Eyvind and 3 Varls.
My strategy was to try to upgrade Alette at level 10 quickly and use the skill "Overwatch" level 3, combined with Stravhs' Bond item.
Use Aleo to "reorder" ennemies or to give damage bonus. Eyvind can repair armor efficiently when leveled up.
Varls are only there to protect your team. There have to stay close to humans.
