During Chapter 10, you will have the option to follow some stone markers into the swamp. Do so, and agree with Eirik's plan to capture a bear. Use his ability to capture the bear during battle (kill everyone else first to make it easier) and then the ability changes to summon a bear.

Playing as Rook, around day 25, where we talk about the Swampers and their attack, Eirik will offer you to capture a bear. We kill everyone EXCEPT the bear, after Eirik uses the skill, capturing the bear. In the next battle, when you press Eirik’s skill, a bear appears. We kill 3 and the trophy is ours
