All killing achievements can be gotten in training fights.

Nid is the Bowmaster. She will join in chapter 6, but only if you've encouraged Oddleif at every opportunity to train the female archers.

When confronted by the men, you don't need to encourage her to train more archers, you can instead also choose the option to continue.

Missable!

Nid is the only Bowmaster. Joins in chapter 6 if you allowed Oddleif to train peasant women into archers in Chapter 4, and then encourage her to train even more in another event later on.

Use the training tent to easily get this.

During Chapter 4, make sure you allow Oddleif to train the women to be archers. Make sure any time you are prompted, you encourage Oddleif to continue her training, then during Chapter 6 you will be able to recruit Nid once she shows prowess killing the dredge. Never pick any dialogue options that discourage her or Oddleif from their training.
