You have to switch to the hard difficulty from the main menu. Or you will not unlock the achievements.

This achievement gave me quite the scare when it did not pop at the beginning of the credits like the walkthrough said it would. It popped at the end of the credits. You can hold down on the D-Pad to get to the end faster.

Story related and cannot be missed. Do this on your second playthrough.

This difficulty isn't that much more of a challenge until the final battle. This gets quite a bit more touchy, especially since it is broken into two sections, and after the first you will have one less character to use and likely a few that have been killed during the first phase and enter the second part with lower strength. Refer to the roadmap for the strategy I used during this battle.

NOTE: You cannot change the difficulty at the end of the game to get credit for this, the entire game must be played on Hard by changing the difficulty in the settings at the main menu before starting your game. Also, the achievements do not stack, so you will not unlock the achievement for Normal if you do this first.
