How to unlock the Raidmaster achievement in The Banner Saga - Definitive Guide

There are two Raidmasters, Valgard and Egil. Valgard is only around for the second battle of chapter 1, while Egil joins in chapter 2.

Use the training tent to easily get this.

You will have access to Valgard during the Mead House fight in Chapter 1 if you choose to participate in that. If you don't, Egil will join the party automatically in Chapter 2 and you can get the achievement then.
