How to unlock the Authenticity achievement in The Beatles Rock Band - Definitive Guide
I found it was the most simplistic to do on the very 1st song of at the beginning of Career in the 1st Venue (The Cavern '63), entitled, "Twist and Shout." Now, as you'll see when you play there's a bar of difficulty that rates the songs and seeing as it's the 1st setlist, they're all fairly easy, even if you struggle at these type of games. When you select the song just hit the "Back" button to flip to "Lefty", chose a fairly easy difficulty, I went with Medium and after I flipped the guitar around and played the song, I ended with 92%. You'll truly feel like Paul McCartney by the time you're 10G richer :D
Good Luck!!
P.S. If you're naturally Left-Handed, well this really wont be that much of a challenge now will it :D

I got this achievement on "I Wanna Be Your Man" because it's the shortest song in the game and also very easy on Bass.
If you feel like being a renegade though and want to get this on Expert, you can just put a mirror opposite of your television and play by that, since it'll flip the notes the way you'd see them on the Right-Handed setting.

One hint to do it on easy:
try to stop paying attention on the positions, instead mentally focus on the colors only. I was the entire song reading the notes in my mind like "yellow, green, red, red, green" etc
got it first try :P
of course, the mirror thing is easier :)

For those who can't play lefty on easy, just put a mirror next to your tv and the mirror will show righty again.

Play "Her Majest" which has 1 bass note. Simply play as you usually would, except with lefty on) and press the green fret and strum. Easiest achievement ever

As you are in the instrument/difficulty selection screen, press back to turn on Lefty Mode. This can be done on any difficulty; as mentioned previously, "Twist and Shout" on Easy is a good place to start. If you would like to play the song left-handed, make sure as well in the join screen to turn on no fail mode, which is automatically turned on on Easy difficulty. If you are unable to play left handed, there is a way to do the song right handed. Simply place a hand mirror so the note highway is easily visible in the reflection, and play away as you would usually.
Hope this helps, and enjoy your fresh new Gamerscore!

I agree, mostly, Choose "Twist and Shout" in quickplay, set as lefty before starting. If you are a n00b like me, play on easy.
Easy 10g

Even easier than "Twist ans Shout"; "Her Majesty" only has a single bass note the whole song (green fret). Can't get any easier than that.

This is quite easy, play a short song on any difficulty and like Guitar Hero 3's lefty flip achievement you can position a mirror in your room to reflect your television and the colours will appear in normal position when looking through the mirror.
Another easy trophy. First off to switch to Lefty Mode push start while playing a song and go down to Lefty Mode and hit the green note to turn it on. I suggest you do it on Easy, unless of course you are actually left handed and play this way normally.
You should be able to do virtually every song for this trophy and find no problem at all. I did it on the song I Saw Her Standing There. It is green and yellow notes back and forth with some red notes here and there. You really should have no trouble with it, even if you are right handed and suck at the guitar.

Select any song on easy bass, once the download is complete, pause the song, turn on Lefty Flip and press Restart to start the song over again. The achievement will unlock after completing the song.
