How to unlock the Goo Goo G'joob achievement in The Beatles Rock Band - Definitive Guide
You can get this playing on Easy drums...there are about 560 notes in the song, so an FC (full combo) gets you the achievement.

There are exactley 550 notes on this song on Easy, so you need to get a full combo or bust.

Seems to be some confusion here. But I recorded a streak of 569 on two consecutive runs. So you do have some wiggle room.
May be worth noting that I activated beatle mania (overdrive/star power) at every opportunity, without ever saving it. I'm not a Beatles Rock Band expert. Not sure if that can affect the note count.

I unlocked this on medium, for reference there is a pause in playing just under halfway through the song - that is approx. 455 notes in as I fluffed it coming back in after the break. So really it isn't that hard to do at all (I've never played drums and only been playing them 1.5 days, OK I am competent pianist though but I reckon that nobody should find this awkward on medium after a lil bit of practice, it's mostly the same beat all the way through).
On medium when you come back in after the break you are only single kicking the bass drum for a few bars before you start to double kick again, this caught me out a couple of times, it might for you as well. 4th run through and I hooked together 759 notes before my right leg gave up on me, you can probably afford to flunk the first verse and still hook this one up after that.
Achievement unlocks once the song has finished, not during play.

Another easy one. I can barely get trough Hard/Drums on Rockband, But I got a 1000+ streak and Full Combo on this song on Hard. I guess it should be a breeze getting the 550 on Medium. Just make sure your audio and video is calibrated properly.
NOTE: The calibration settings are different from Rockband and Rockband 2. I had to add a lag of 10 ms on audio and a whopping 25 ms on video compared to the previous RB titles.

The Goo Goo G'joob trophy can be easily earned on Medium Difficulty. I got it on my first attempt, 100% with a 773 note streak.
This can be done in a few different ways. You can get this by playing Easy and missing no notes in the middle of the song. The song barely has 550 notes on Easy so if you get the song 100% on Easy you will get it. Obviously the higher the difficulty means more notes, which means there is a bigger margin for error. This song on Expert is about the same difficulty as an easy Hard mode song. If you can play on Hard you shouldn't have too much trouble playing this song on Expert and getting you the trophy easily. Here is the song chart for Expert drums. Thanks ApoIIIo for the video.
This is possible on all difficulties, basically 100%ing Easy & Medium and doing well on Hard & Expert. Again, not hard to obtain, practice if necessary.
