How to unlock the Like a Million Suns achievement in The Beatles: Rock Band - Definitive Guide

We've just unlocked this playing "I Want You" with 10'000 points to spare.

We had 3 players on hard with guitar, vocals & drums with our bass player on medium so this is achievable even if expert is beyond your group's capabilities, all players scored 96-99% accuracy so there's room for error as well.

Like a Million Suns (20)

To unlock this achievement you need to score 1,000,000 points in a single song. This seems most possible with at LEAST A drummer, guitarist, and bassist, all on expert.

The easiest song I would recommend to achieve 1,000,000 points would be 'Back in the U.S.S.R' with a guitarist, bassist, and drummer on expert.
Another is 'I am the Walrus' With 4 players, 2 on Expert.

I got it with 4 players (2 expert, 2 hard) on I am the Walrus. Make sure you get the 8x multiplyer going.

Song: I Want You
Players: 3
Difficulty: Expert
Instuments: Bass, Guitar and Drumms

This song got a part at the end that goes over and over again so it's easy to get the rythm.

SGT Pepper's / A Little Help is another easy one to get this one with 4 players on Expert.

I got this one last night on Sgt peppers lonely heart club band/ a little help from my friends.

I had hard guitar, expert bass, expert vocals and expert drums. We all made mistakes and hit around 1.1million.

Straight foward song just keep up your beetlejuice and x4 and you shall steer away from the road to rehab

(i just got that then, rehab means repeating, and if you go good, you wont have to repeat(hidden meanings ftw))

Edit: Thee Left Testy said to try out Try She's So Heavy! as its an easy 1 million.

We played "Revolution" for this achievement.

Guitar: medium (99%)
Bass: expert (99%)
Drums: expert (99%)
Vocals: expert (95%)

While there is room for error, just make sure that you attempt to get all Guitar, Bass and Drum unison bonuses for extra overdrive.

Final score: 1,030,148


NOTE: Playing this song AND getting at least 1 Guitar, Bass and Drum unison bonus will also count as credit towards the "All Together Now" achievement, so you might as well make sure that you DON'T miss those unison bonuses!

Discovered today: if you only have three players, then you can achieve this on the DLC track "Abbey Road Medley" easily as long as you don't fail out.

Our score was 1,612,442 with Vocals, Guitar and Drums all on expert. Try not to die during The End/Her Majesty laugh

This is much easier if you play on a high difficulty with more people, this is impossible in solo, so don't even try. Try the longest song on the game, "I Want You", this would be ideal if you tried with everyone on expert so that there is margin for error. Finally, make sure that your band activates star power together to gain higher multipliers and in turn higher scores.

The best song to do this on is I Want You (She's So Heavy). This is one of the longest songs in the game and if everyone play on Expert and uses Beatlemania at the same time, you will get this trophy. This will most likely take you a couple tries to learn the Beatlemania path but after a few tries you should get it.

We choose the song I Want You (She's So Heavy). If you have Abbey Road Medley (DLC, cannot be downloaded separately, only as part of the Abbey Road album), then choose it, it will be much easier. All 4 players must play on the expert (on the medium - expert if Abbey Road Medley). Try to activate Beatlemania at the same time.
