How to unlock the That's It! You've Got It! achievement in The Beatles Rock Band - Definitive Guide
This achievement can be obtained whilst playing on medium bass as there are 359 notes in the song so just play it without overstrumming or missing a note to get the achievement.
*Edit*-It has been suggested by a few people in the comments that it's easier on hard has there are 579 notes, so if you can't do it on normal try hard.

Thanks for the tip, like others more used to playing on hard/expert I found it much easier to get the 350 streak on hard in the end. I failed three times on normal, just hitting the wrong button on a note or two .. first time on hard 447 streak in the middle section of the song despite the usual fingering mistakes at various points.
Might be worth pointing that out in the solution, had I read the comments before attempting this I could have saved myself some time by going straight for hard difficulty.

For players who play usually on expert, i'd recommend getting this on expert bass since it's not a difficult song, and the change of speed might screw you up, otherwise just do as II TITCH II said.

If you have some troubles with this achievement here's what I did to get it.
I played on medium bass with "Overscan" and "Super speed" turned on, that way it's easier because notes are bigger and spaces between notes are bigger too.
I tried several times without those settings on and always missed 1 note here and there or I overstrummed so I decided to turn them on and I got the achievement at first try.

This can be done on Medium, Hard or Expert Bass. Obviously the harder the difficulty the more notes the song has, leaving you with a bigger margin for error. If you get 100% on this song on Medium you will get this trophy. It really isn't that hard on Medium to 100% and you should be able to do it in one or two tries.
If you are going to do it on Expert Bass, watch out for the quick notes. I suggest alternating between up and down strumming and just normal down strumming in this song.
This can be done on any difficulty except for easy, you will have to more or less 100% medium or do well on hard or expert. Not too hard to obtain, practice is necessary.
