On the train level, you need to agree to learn about stocks from the analyst in the bar car, then pick up the newspaper he offers you, followed by buying something at the bar with a pickpocketed credit card so you can pick up their pen, next go back to the stock trader in the previous car and tell him how he should trade, finally when he asks for proff, you can forge the newspaper to give to him for the achievement.
