This achievement is attainable late in the game once you’re inside the Casino Huxtor and doesn’t need you to have done anything special beforehand.
First, you’ll need to acquire $1000, which can be done quickly by regular pickpocketing as the casino goers are loaded. Then you need to approach the circular booth in the centre of the main casino level, which is staffed by one of the recurring generic store guys. Start a conversation with him and try to “changebreak” $1000 with him and you will learn that he is hyper focused and will not fall for your ruse! Let’s see if we can disrupt that focus somehow…
The next step is to head to the kitchen, which is on the extreme left of the casino floor, through a screen transition. On the far left of this room you should find a Horm Mask, and Ali will make a comment about its weirdness… pick it up and put it on! Now return to the booth and try to break that $1000 again, and the poor guy will be much more distracted and susceptible to interruption… it doesn’t matter what you say to him at the breaks in counting, just follow the dialogue through to the end to be rewarded with more than $1000 and the sweet ping of this achievement.
