At each stop of your journey, find and talk to the long distance lover about his girlfriend. During your second day in LV, you'll find him in a coffee shop. Then his love will spawn near the heart statue he was at the day before. Tell her the correct coffee shop he is in. Finally, you can talk to them one more time in the casino for the achievement.
