For this achievement, you need to speak to a purple-skinned woman about fashion in multiple locations.
1. In Mallton, speak to her behind a rack on the left in the clothes store.
2. In Las Venganza, speak to her in the thrift store.
3. In the Return to Las Venganza, first retrieve your items from the pawn shop, then speak to her inside une Jolie Femme.
4. As you move into the main town area in Lisbon, Ali will comment on everyone wearing periwinkle, and the achievement will pop.
