This is related to the main quest in regards of getting the sage combo.
Murray spawns in the top left corner and walks a circuit from the Bean Spirit, right to the crossroads, down to the hotel, through the alley then back to the Bean Spirit.
Follow him on this circuit, and 4-5 times he will stop for a chat, eavesdrop these to get information, read them though as you will need to know what options to select when you finally talk to him after getting all the information from him,
If you fail, don a disguise and try again
