If you don't get this by just playing through the game then you can try this method out.
When you start the game select the play ball option.
Set the AWAY team to the National league all stars and the home team to the American League all-stars. The reason is, Cliff Lee from the American league has 3 of his 4 pitches to legendary. SEt the game mode to easy if you would like.
So you will be the away team and when selecting pitchers select Cliff Lee for the opposing team if not already selected.
The batting order can be whateever you want for either team, but I suggested 1-Pujols 2-Ramirez then 3-Berkman.
Start the game and you will bat first. If you don' get the achievement in the first 3 batters either because you hit his one pitch that isn't legendary or you got out all three batters, then you can just restart the game until you get it.

Good solution. As a side note, Cliff Lee's three legendary pitches are partially the result of the catcher (Joe Mauer I think?) who ups the stars that the starting pitcher has. Therefore, if you injure him and he gets pulled out of the game, the stars should change.
