When you start the game select play ball. Set the home team to the American League All-Stars and the away team to a team with a player that has a Legendary Power batting attribute with low contact. For this you will use the Nationals because of Adam Dunn with only 2 star contact. You can set the difficulty to Easy to make it easier, though it's not too difficult.
Select Cliff Lee as your pitcher.
At the lineup set-up Go to the nationals lineup and move Adam Dunn to the first position so you can face him first.
Start the game
Now the achievement says you have to get a wheelhouse turbo x3 Strike. But you don't have to throw your first two pitches in the red zone.
