In Season mode, once you get to the All-Star weekend, one of your players will be invited to participate in the Power Derby. Its a tournement of 8 players including yourself and each time you play against someone you just play the Power mini-game. The one where you have to hit the targets and if you get three in a row you get to hit the billboards and then you get Big Blast and go for the main target. You must beat three people in the Power Derby and once you do than the achievement is your's.

This achievement is in Season Mode so instead of playing your way there sim the entire season and it will ask you if you are sure you want to sim this event because it's a special event. Play the event and beat it you have as many tries as you want.
