You'll most likely get this in one of your first games, but if you are new to baseball here's a basic description.

A double is when, after hitting the ball, you advance to second base safely before the next runner is up, and stay there. If you have saved up any of your turbo so far in the game, you can use that to help get yourself to second, in what might have been only a single. Turbo is activated by pulling the right trigger, and is accumulated through either taking pitches for balls or throwing pitches for strikes as the pitcher, simply put.
