There is no surefire method to get this, but it really isn't that hard once you get the timing down on the pitching meter. Here are some tips to help out:
- Obviously, try to release the pitch just as the meter is full to get a perfect pitch. Not too hard once you get the timing down.
-Load up your game in Exhibition mode with nine innings to give yourself the most chances.
- Change up the pitch you are using, as well as the location you're throwing in the strike box. The computer will catch on if you just keep throwing the same pitch.
- If the batter gets a hit, just let him get on base and don't throw him out. That way you still have three outs to try to get strike-outs.

Once again, easiest in Exhibition mode with nine innings. When pitching, try to release your pitch as the meter is full, this will give a "perfect" pitch, which the batter will either stare at or swing and miss 90% of the time. If you're having trouble getting perfect pitches, just make sure to change the pitch you're throwing and move the location around the box to keep the computer guessing.
Tip: If the batter hits on you, let them get on base (don't throw them out), then you'll still have the same number of chances to get strikeouts. If you get outs in the field, your pitcher has less chances.
