How to unlock the Cambion Conception achievement in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth - Definitive Guide

To unlock this achievement, you fist have to make sure you have Lilith as well as The Chest floor unlocked.
- To unlock Lilith, you have to beat the new Greed Mode with Azazel, aka the Lilith achievement:
- To unlock The Chest you have to beat Mom for the 5th time. This will make her drop the Polaroid and Negative each time you kill her. YOU HAVE TO GRAB THE POLAROID AFTER THE MOM FIGHT
Now that you have everything unlocked, you have to grab the Polaroid after killing Mom, make sure you enter the beam of light after beating Mom's heart and finally, after beating Isaac, enter the Chest. Now all you have to do is beat the floor and kill Blue Baby

I'm pretty sure you don't need to beat Hush, just beat "???". At least that's how I unlocked the cheeve.
