The Secret Achievement achievement in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth worth 13 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement
This unlocks the ability to fight the Angels in the Angel Rooms that can appear after a boss fight. They will only be able to show up if you have not spent any hearts on Devil Room items during the run, but if you can manage to pick any of them up without spending hearts you will be fine. After passing the first Devil Room, every boss fight after has a 50/50 chance of spawning either a Devil or Angel room, so it's a bit luck based.
Once inside an Angel Room, place a bomb next to the angel statue to blow it up and spawn the angel boss. Beat it to get Key Piece #1. Then you have to get another Angel Room in the same run, repeat for the other angel boss, and it will drop Key Piece #2. Upon picking it up, they will join together to form a full key, and Dad's Key will unlock.
