How to unlock the Eden achievement in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth - Definitive Guide

This achievement is for beating The Womb for the first time. The Womb must first be unlocked by killing Mom once. After that, every game from then on will progress to The Womb instead of ending at Mom’s death.

Defeat Mom's Heart on the second stage of the womb.

How you do this depends on what you've picked up on your run but but Daddy Longlegs was a huge help for me.
