How to unlock the Karma achievement in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth - Definitive Guide

To unlock this achievement, you fist have to make sure you have Keeper as well as the Dark Room floor unlocked.
- To unlock Keeper, you have to donate 1000 coins to the machine that appears after beating Greed Mode aka Keeper achievement:
The Secret Achievement achievement in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth worth 65 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement
- To unlock the Dark Room you have to beat Satan for the 5th time, aka the The Negative achievement:
The Secret Achievement achievement in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth worth 33 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement
Now that you have everything unlocked, you have to get to the Dark Room and kill The Lamb. The Dark Room can be acced by entering the gold chest that appears after killing Satan with The Negative equiped. NOTE: You HAVE to pick up the negative after beating Mom's Heart and you HAVE to go to the Sheol in order to access the Dark Room.
