How to unlock the Something Cute achievement in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth - Definitive Guide

This achievement should be earned naturally especially when going for the other achievements

If you want to get it done fast, quit out after beating the area and start a new run until you've done it the required amount of time

Someone may eventually have an easier solution but for now this is the only way I know of

This will unlock C.H.A.D as a boss and Little C.H.A.D as an item

I just unlocked this secret without the achievement popping. It probably has something to do with Xbox Live recently being down. Though it's not even saying it's ready to unlock for me..
