The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

In order to go to the Cathedral you have to beat Mom's Heart 11 times. Lazarus is another annoying character to play as. He has an extra life and starts with a pill, but lacks any kind of DMG, so floors can become a struggle if you don't get items early. I'd recommend resetting until you get a good pill effect and item on the first floor. After Killing Isaac and touching the Chest the achievement will unlock.
