How to unlock the The Chest achievement in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth - Definitive Guide

*This Achievement Should no longer be glitched if you've beaten the chest before the patch just start a new run and your achievement will unlock*

To get to the chest you must beat Isaac in the Cathedral 5 times unlocking the Polaroid. After you kill mom she will drop the polaroid, and you must then get to the Cathedral, beat Isaac and go to the chest, which will take you to the chest. On the first room of the chest will be 4 golden chests. Each gold chest contains a random Item. and every other chest you find also has a free Item. Just find the Boss room kill ???, walk into the chest he spawns and you've unlocked your achievement.

In order to go to The Chest you must unlock "The Polaroid" by beating The Cathedral five times. After killing Mom "The Polaroid" will spawn, take it and once you complete Sheol/Cathedral you will be taken to The Chest.

The Chest is similar to The Dark Room, it is mostly a floor containing bosses. The final boss is Blue Baby, the fight plays out almost exactly as Isaac's boss fight. I would recommend playing as Azazel if you are having trouble completing the game.
