How to unlock the The Coin Bag achievement in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth - Definitive Guide

In order to go to the Cathedral you have to beat Mom's Heart 11 times. Cain got nerfed really hard compared to how good he was in the original, Lucky Foot is almost useless now so don't hoard pills expecting only positive effects. After Killing Isaac and touching the Chest the achievement will unlock.
